About Us

We started because we saw how hard it was, for families trying to find good care, and for healthcare facilities trying to fill shifts without compromising on who they bring in. There had to be a better way.

Who we are

iPartner is a family of Ontario healthcare companies working across two fronts. Through iPartner Healthcare we staff and consult for long-term care homes, retirement residences, hospitals, and clinics. Through iPartner Homecare we deliver hands-on support for seniors, adults, and children right in their homes. FloCare is the platform that brings it all together: care, staffing, and transportation in one place.

Our Mission

We show up so families don't have to figure it out alone. Whether it's finding the right nurse for a long-term care home or getting a PSW to a family's front door, we make sure the right person is there: trained, reliable, and genuinely invested in the person they're caring for.
